Pricing
- All pricing of items are fixed, unless stated
Placing Orders
- Drop us an email (passionbyclaudia@gmail.com) to inform us of your interest(s) in our products. Priority will be given to those who submit their order with complete details.
- If you wished to cancel your reservation or are no longer interested, we would appreciate it if you could inform us as soon as you can.
No return policy
- Good sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
Reservation
- Unfortunately, ‘Passion by Claudia’ does not accept reservations
Products
- All ‘Passion by Claudia’ products are handmade, therefore it will take at least 3-5 working days for the product to be ready.
Payment
- Payments are to be made via bank transfer to a banking account. The banking account will be made available upon confirmation of order.
- The buyer will bear the postage fees unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
- ‘Passion by Claudia’ provides POS LAJU as a method of postage for customers.
- Please note that charges will vary according to parcel weight.
- Items will only be mailed once the payment has been fully made and received.
- ‘Passion by Claudia’ will not be made liable or responsible for any losses/damages caused during the delivery of goods using the above mentioned delivery service.
